Directional Money Flow Template

Contains

• Bollinger Band: a middle band (simple moving average) with two outer bands (two standard deviations above and below the middle band);
• Historical Volatility: shows how volatile a stock or an index will be in the future;
• Chaikin Money Flow: measures the amount of Money Flow Volume over a specific period;
• ADX: measures the strength of a trend and can be useful to determine if a trend is strong or weak: high readings indicate a strong trend and low readings indicate a weak trend.

Parameters

• Bollinger Band: Period (integer); Method (Simple, Exponential, Time Series, Variable, VIDYA, Weighted), Top and Button MA Deviations (integer);
• Historical Volatility: Period (integer); Bar History (integer); Standard Deviation (integer);
• Chaikin Money Flow: Period (integer);
• ADX: Period (integer).

Usage

• Download the attachment.
• Copy it to your company VertexFX templates folder i.e. C:Program FilesCompany Nametemplates
• Restart your Client Terminal to apply.
• The Template can be found by going to Technical Analysis Tab -> Templates.
