The Sentiment Zone Oscillator (SZO) uses a triple Exponential Moving ِAverage (TEMA) of a plus-minus value, triggered by the current and previous closing prices. Over-bought and over-sold paths and adjustable guides are also given. Traders may change the input (close), method (TEMA), period lengths, percent factor and guide values from the parameters of the Indicator.

The indicator is built in a separate window. It consists of two main lines – fine lines of green and gray colors and two additional lines dotted green and brown colors, which are the top bottom indicator abroad.

Dotted lines of green and brown color indicates the maximum and minimum value of the indicator on the interval specified in the input parameter: SZOLongPeriod (Default = 14). For clarity, the testimony Sentiment zone indicator superimposed moving average (green line), whose parameters can be changed. Change the period of the moving average, you can use the input parameter AveragePeriod (Default = 14).

Trading usingthis indicator:

-When The gray line of the indicator rises and crosses the upper band (green dotted line), then it is a signal to sell.
-When Gray indicator line goes down and crosses the lower border (brown dotted line) then it is a signal to buy.

Usage

  • Download the attachment from vStore or directly from the vStore tab in your terminal by performing a right click on it and selecting Download & Install
  • Copy it to your company VertexFX Local VTL Files folder i.e. C:ProgramDataVertexFX Client Terminals”Company name”VTL10Local VTL Scripts
  • Restart your Client Terminal or Right Click on “Local VTL Scripts” Tree Node to find the script.
