SF_6(AM)

SF_6uAMe is a VertexFX client side VTL indicator that is displayed in a separate window in the form of a histogram of red and green bars.

Method of calculation of the indicator. First, we do calculation of the weighted average price for the last three bars. We define a weighted average Open, Close and Median (High-Low)/2: weighted average Open= Open1*k1 + Open2*k2 + Open3*k3 weighted average Close= Close1*k1 + Close2*k2 + Close3*k3 weighted average Median= Median1*k1 + Median2*k2 + Median3*k3 where k1=1, k2=2 and k3=3, further, based on the weighted average of these we define the current trend in the market.

Trade with the use of the indicator.
– Thick line (green) upward – Place a buy position;
– Thick line (green) down – Place a sell position;
– Thin line (red) – indication for a possible rollback.

SF_6uAMe indicator clearly shows the trend of historical and current prices. By default, the input parameters of the indicator set up to work on the timeframe H4. The thin red lines appear on chart when the market is usually quiet and does not make any “sudden movements”, which indicates the flat market. To some, this feature can be useful, for example, to place pending orders at the breakdown of channel prices (of course in the direction of the trend). SF_6uAMe indicator is an easy tool to understand and placing accurate trade.

Usage

• Download the attachment from vStore or directly from the vStore tab in your terminal by performing a right click on it and selecting Download & Install
• Copy it to your company VertexFX Local VTL Files folder i.e. C:ProgramDataVertexFX Client Terminals”Company name”VTL10Local VTL Scripts
• Restart your Client Terminal or Right Click on “Local VTL Scripts” Tree Node to find the script.
