Elegant Oscillator

Elegant Oscillator is a VTL indicator based on signal processing algorithms and used in mean reverting trading systems. Mean Reversion theory suggests that after an extreme price move, asset prices tend to return to normal levels. Prices routinely oscillate around the mean or average price but tend to return to that same average price over and over. Mean reversion strategies open trades when the price moves to extreme levels, expecting the price to return to the historical mean price. This is a counter-trend trading strategy.

The elegant oscillator helps in identifying extreme price levels. Elegant Oscillator is a technical indicator based on signal processing techniques. It calculates the inverse Fisher transform of price and applies the smoothing filter to it. The resulting line oscillates between the values -1.0 and +1.0. Find out the extreme levels it reached in the historical chart and open a counter-trend trade when it reaches around the historical extreme levels. It is better to be used other indicators to confirm the signals.

Parameters:

Band Edge  –  Parameter to calculate the band edge, default is 20
Oscillator Period  – Number of bars in the indicator calculations, default is 50
Price            – Price field to calculate the indicator.  1 Close, 2 Open, 3 High, 4 Low, 5 Median, 6 Typical, 7 Weighted

Test the indicator on charts with different parameter values and pick the best parameter values for each instrument before using it in trading.

Usage

• Download the attachment from vStore or directly from the vStore tab in your terminal by performing a right-click on it and selecting Download & Install
• Copy it to your company VertexFX Local VTL Files folder i.e.C:Users”Username”AppDataRoamingVertexFX Client Terminals“Company name”VTL11Local VTL Scripts
  
• Restart your Client Terminal or Right Click on “Local VTL Scripts” Tree Node to find the script.

पैरामीटर:

बैंड एज – बैंड एज की गणना करने के लिए पैरामीटर, डिफ़ॉल्ट 20 . है
थरथरानवाला अवधि – संकेतक गणना में बार की संख्या, डिफ़ॉल्ट 50 . है
मूल्य – संकेतक की गणना करने के लिए मूल्य क्षेत्र। 1 बंद, 2 खुला, 3 उच्च, 4 निम्न, 5 माध्यिका, 6 विशिष्ट, 7 भारित

विभिन्न पैरामीटर मानों वाले चार्ट पर संकेतक का परीक्षण करें और ट्रेडिंग में उपयोग करने से पहले प्रत्येक उपकरण के लिए सर्वोत्तम पैरामीटर मान चुनें।

प्रयोग:

विस्टोर से अटैचमेंट डाउनलोड करें या सीधे अपने टर्मिनल में विस्टोर टैब से इसे राइट क्लिक करके डाउनलोड करें और इंस्टॉल करें चुनें।

इसे अपनी कंपनी VertexFX स्थानीय वीटीएल फ़ाइलें फ़ोल्डर में कॉपी करें, अर्थात C:Users”Username”AppDataRoamingVertexFX Client Terminals”Company name”VTL11Local VTL Scripts

अपने क्लाइंट टर्मिनल को पुनः आरंभ करें या स्क्रिप्ट खोजने के लिए “स्थानीय वीटीएल लिपियों” ट्री नोड पर राइट क्लिक करें।
