T3 CCI indicator is a powerful VertexFX client side indicator which is variant from the CCI indicator, that reduces the lag and provides better smoothing.
At first step we calculate the CCI values based on the MEDIAN price over the CCI_PERIOD. In next step, we smooth this CCI value using the T3_PERIOD and B (beta) co-efficient to derive the T3 CCI indicator. Like the CCI indicator, the T3 CCI indicator also oscillates around the zero line. When the T3 CCI indicator moves upwards it implies that the market is trending up. On the contrary, when the T3 CCI indicator is smoothly falling downwards, it implies that the market is trending downwards.
BUY – Place Buy position when T3 CCI is below zero, and is raising at least two candles in a row.
SELL – Place Sell position when T3 CCI is above zero, and is falling at least two candles in a row.
Usage
- Download the attachment from vStore or directly from the vStore tab in your terminal by performing a right click on it and selecting Download & Install
- Copy it to your company VertexFX Local VTL Files folder i.e. C:Program FilesCompany Namevtl10Local VTL Files
- Restart your Client Terminal or Right Click on “Local VTL Scripts” Tree Node to find the script.
