William Vix-Fix is a VertexFX client side VTL indicator which was developed by Larry Williams, it is a powerful indicator that detects intermediate market tops and bottoms.

At first we calculate the highest close of the most recent PERIOD candles. The William Vix-Fix is calculated by subtracting the current low from this value, and dividing this difference by the highest close of the most recent PERIOD candles, and then this value is multiplied by 100.

William Vix-Fix is a VertexFX client side VTL indicator which was developed by Larry Williams, it is a powerful indicator that detects intermediate market tops and bottoms.

At first we calculate the highest close of the most recent PERIOD candles. The William Vix-Fix is calculated by subtracting the current low from this value, and dividing this difference by the highest close of the most recent PERIOD candles, and then this value is multiplied by 100.

BUY – Place Buy position when a new swing low has been detected in the indicator. The most recent swing low to the left of the current swing low must be above the current swing low, otherwise the trade must be ignored. StopLoss (SL) can be set at the nearest support level.

SELL – Place Sell position when a new swing high has been detected in the indicator. The most recent swing high to the left of the current swing high must be below the current swing high, otherwise the trade must be ignored. StopLoss (SL) can be set to the nearest resistance level.

Usage

  • Download the attachment from vStore or directly from the vStore tab in your terminal by performing a right click on it and selecting Download & Install
  • Copy it to your company VertexFX Local VTL Files folder i.e. C:Program FilesCompany Namevtl10Local VTL Files
  • Restart your Client Terminal or Right Click on “Local VTL Scripts” Tree Node to find the script.
