CCI Woodies

CCI Woodies is a client side VTL indicator to identify trades in trending market. It is also very powerful in determining market reversals. It is based upon a shorter and a longer period CCI indicator. It has two components, a BLUE line which is the longer term CCI and a RED line which is a short term CCI. The RED line responds to the trends faster than the BLUE line – so when the market turns strongly bullish the RED line starts moving upwards faster than the BLUE line. Likewise, when the market turns strongly bearish the RED line starts moving downwards faster than the BLUE line.

BUY – Place Buy position when the red line crosses above the blue line.

SELL – Place Sell position when the red line crosses below the blue line.

Usage

• Download the attachment.
• Copy it to your company VertexFX  Local VTL Files folder i.e. C:Program FilesCompany Namevtl10Local VTL Scripts
• Restart your Client Terminal or Right Click on “Local VTL Scripts” Tree Node to find the script.
